The winning tenderer(s) will be required to enter into a Contract Agreement with DRC on the conditions set out in Financial Offer to this ITB (DRC Bid Form), the DRC General Conditions for Contract for Supply of goods Annex (C) and other documents which form the response. DOW ITB Al Baraka IDP Mode of Submission: DRC will accept submissions for both by email or physical to DRC Dolow Office as suppliers can submit their bids earthier email or submit physically to DRC Dolow Office.
