The HSRC Pretoria building at 134 Pretorius Street, has been approved by the HSRC to be listed on the property market for sale. This is an open mandate hence the intention to appoint a panel of property practitioners. The HSRC is a registered VAT vendor. The sale of property attracts either Transfer Duty or VAT; and not both. It must be considered in the proposal. The broker will not be paid by the HSRC any commission if any of the proposals presented are not accepted by the HSRC. In the rare event that the HSRC has not found a suitable buyer through this process. The HSRC reserves the right to market the property via an alternate channel.
