Our mandate is to inform the effective formulation and monitoring of government policy; to evaluate policy implementation; to stimulate public debate through the effective dissemination of research-based data and fact-based research results; to foster research collaboration; and to help build research capacity and infrastructure for the human sciences. · Scope of Work: The HSRC wishes to secure the service of a panel of commercial property practitioners/agents that will be able to submit proposals to the HSRC for potential buyers of the HSRC Pretoria office. The HSRC Pretoria building at 134 Pretorius Street, has been approved by the HSRC to be listed on the property market for sale. This is an open mandate hence the intention to appoint a panel of property practitioners. The HSRC is a registered VAT vendor. The sale of property attracts either Transfer Duty or VAT; and not both. It must be considered in the proposal. The broker will not be paid by the HSRC any commission if any of the proposals presented are not accepted by the HSRC. In the rare event that the HSRC has not found a suitable buyer through this process. The HSRC reserves the right to market the property via an alternate channel.
