Special Conditions: It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 5CE or higher. Only tenderers who can demonstrate that they will have, in their employ, staff who satisfy EPWP requirements during the contract validity are eligible to submit tenders. Only tenders with a functionality score of a minimum of 60 out of 100 will be considered further for evaluation. Tenderers must be represented at the site visit/clarification meeting by a suitably qualified and experienced person to comprehend the implications of the work involved. The representative must be an employee of the Tenderer. No representative at the meeting may represent more than one Tenderer.
