Closing Date: Thursday, May 4, 2023 - 14:00 Sector: Civil engineering Meeting Date: Thursday, April 20, 2023 - 09:00 Description: Design and construction of the 28 ML/D Mokopane WTW and 21 ML/D Sekuruwe WTW Tender number: C01-LWU-BR2B-WTP-RFI-0001 Closing date and time: 4 May 2023 at 14:00 Non-Compulsory briefing: 20 April 2023 (Confirm time) NOTICE AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT A PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT Lebalelo Water User Association (LWUA) invites prospective applicants to submit pre-qualification documents for the construction of the 28 Ml/d Mokopane WTW and the 21 Ml/d Sekuruwe WTW. The purpose of issuing this document is: To afford applicants who are individual contractors or joint ventures of more than one company with a CIDB grading of 9 CE and B-BBEE level of 4 or above, and who are experienced in civil engineering works, water retaining and building structures and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and appurtenant works of this nature an opportunity to formally express their interest in tendering for Contract No C01-LWU-BR2B-WTP-RFI-0001 ; To allow applicants to timeously identify appropriate resources and sources of expertise which may include joint venture members, specialist suppliers or subcontractors with experience in this type of work; and To pre-qualify suitably qualified and experienced individual companies or joint ventures and specialist suppliers and subcontractors as prospective applicants for the Contract. The Pre-qualifications documents will be available from 6 April 2023. In order to obtain the Pre-qualification document, send an e-mail to OMM2BWTW@ANJV.CO.ZA requesting a copy of the document. All queries in respect of this Pre-qualification Document must be addressed in writing to the Project Manager as per the details below: ZNJV Attention: Mr. Michael Were e-mail: michaelw@anjv.co.za The latest date for receipt of queries shall be no later than 16:00 (GMT 02:00) on the date 4 days prior to the application submission date. Queries received after this date will not receive a response. A non-compulsory clarification meeting via Microsoft Teams with representatives of the Employer will take place on 20 April 2023. The link to the meeting will be forwarded to all applicants who submitted their letter of intent to submit a pre-qualification document. The closing time and date for the submission of pre-qualification documents is 14:00 on 4 May 2023. Completed Pre-qualification Documents must be uploaded onto a SharePoint folder.
