Terms of Reference, Deliverables and Deliverables Schedule Conservation South Africa is looking for a Payroll and Tax Consultant to process all aspects of payroll, including managing leave records and taxation for a medium size organization. The successful service provider will work closely with the relevant department Managers to increase performance and ensure smooth processing of the Payroll and taxes. The service provider should be able to · Process large payroll within the specified timelines · Process all payroll changes · Process leave records timeously and sends reports bi-weekly · Distribute pay slips within the specified · Submit UIF reports electronically and report back to the relevant · Execute new staff engagements, terminations, retrenchments · SARS Tax reconciliation, annual and bi-annual SARS submissions (SARS e-filing) as well as generating and issuing IRP5, IT3 certificates. · Monthly PAYE recon & EMP201 · Submit Tax Directive Applications · Dealing with SARS queries and SARS · Complete various payroll reconciliation spreadsheets for internal · Employment Equity Reporting, SETA Submissions, BBEEE accreditation and Skills development · Generating and issuing various payroll reports · Providing the ACB bank export file for the release of salaries · Workmen’s Compensation · HR consulting when the need arise published on 14 Apr 2023.
