A quotation will be considered invalid and will not be accepted, if any part of this RFQ document is not submitted. 5. Bidders must submit one RFQ offer only, either as a single tendering entity or as a member of a joint venture. 6. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or emailed RFQ submissions will not be accepted. 7. Any portion of the RFQ document not completed will be interpreted as ‘not applicable’. Notwithstanding the afore-going, failure to complete any compulsory portion of the RFQ document will result in the RFQ submission being declared non-responsive. 8. Quotations must be properly received and deposited, on or before the closing date and on or before 12:00pm, in the Informal Tender Box at the BCMM Supply Chain Management Unit (‘SCMU’) situated at 80 Phillip Frame Road, Chiselhurst, East London. If the quotation submission is too large to fit in the allocated box, please enquire at the reception for assistance. CLOSING DATE: 16 MAY 2023.
