Selling and issuing of tender documents will be done on weekdays, Monday- Friday from 8H00 - 15H00. Please note that no document will be exchanged for any reason. Completed bid document with supporting attachments must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the “Bid number, Project Name and the address of the municipality” and must be deposited in the tender box at Capricorn District Municipality, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane not later than the specified closing date and time. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the date of closing. Telegraphic, telefax or e-mail bids will not be accepted.
