SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Service providers are expected to supply, deliver, install and configure CCTV surveillance cameras in O.R Tambo and Gqeberha government garages as per quantities detailed below. 2.2 Service providers are required to attend a compulsory site inspection of the two (2) sites prior to submitting a quote. 2.3 Service providers to provide 24-month warranty on the CCTV surveillance cameras and provide software upgrades on the cameras as they become available within the 24-month period. 2.4 The awarded service provider will be required to provide training to the relevant personnel on operating the system. 2.5 The awarded service provider will be required to provide operating manual to the relevant personnel on operating the system..
