It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3 ME or
higher.
* Delete “or select tender value range select class of construction works” where only one class of
construction works is applicable.
It is estimated that potentially emerging enterprises should have a CIDB contractor grading
designation of
N/A or N/A* or higher.
* Delete “or select tender value range select class of construction works PE” where only one class of
construction works is applicable.
Note: this bid include functionality which will be scored out of 100. Bidders must
obtain a minimum of 50% to qualify for further evaluation.
