To documents challenges and obstacle that impeded the implementation of the peace agreement. 6. To examine the roles and the level of support provided by the peace guarantors, TROKIA and UNIMISS to ensure timely implementation of the peace agreement. 7. Documenting opportunities and resources needed for timely implementation of the extended roadmap and whether implementation of the critical provisions has a bearing on the planned December 2024 national election processes. 8.
