Catholic Relief Services (CRS) seeks to contract a third-party consultancy service provider to undertake the final
project evaluation will be to assess the effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, sustainability, and impact of the P2R
project. The Final Evaluation is also expected to provide a comprehensive analysis of the project’s achievements,
and lessons learned, and generate recommendations for future projects.
