Description : The CEGC needs to contract the maintenance SERVICE for the Data Processing Centers (CPD), servers, computer equipment, web administration, telecommunications infrastructure, computer security, public address systems, closed circuit television (CCTV), access control, equipment available to public employees, peripherals, laptops, multifunction equipment, structured cabling, optical fiber and the electrical network associated with them. In order to resolve incidents immediately, the CEGC is interested in this maintenance SERVICE being comprehensive and therefore, including the SUPPLY of official application licenses, acquisition of equipment, spare parts, peripherals, components and original consumables, and even small material for audiovisual and telecommunications installations that are necessary for the correct development of this contract. The purpose of this contract is to support the users of this CEGC in order to manage all Information Technology (IT) equipment in an integral manner and also help promote new innovation projects for the evolution of this Administration. This contract is of a mixed nature and the circumstances indicated in article 34.2 of the LCSP concur in relation to the fact that both the services and the supplies of IT equipment are associated with the public employee's job, as well as the evolution and improvement of these services. All these services are directly linked to each other and maintain complementary relationships, achieving both economic and functional advantages by providing all of them through the same contract. Bringing together in a single contract file a set of closely related actions that have been provided separately, or that could be contracted separately, saves resources in the processing, improving the efficiency of the procedure. The CEGC lacks sufficient personnel and materials to cover this contract, which is why it requires an external company for said SERVICE.
