In order to resolve incidents immediately, the CEGC is interested in this maintenance SERVICE being comprehensive and therefore, including the SUPPLY of official application licenses, acquisition of equipment, spare parts, peripherals, components and original consumables, and even small material for audiovisual and telecommunications installations that are necessary for the correct development of this contract. The purpose of this contract is to support the users of this CEGC in order to manage all Information Technology (IT) equipment in an integral manner and also help promote new innovation projects for the evolution of this Administration.
