It is the purpose of this contract the provision of the environmental information service and monitoring and control of the use of waste collection services in Olot. The services are included in: a) Environmental information at the foot of the container: It consists of an environmental information service that will be on the public road by addressing the users of the waste collection services in order to inform them of the correct use and improvement in the management and selection of waste. b) Inspections to monitor the use of services: It consists of the inspection to detect the places of the city where there are bad uses and incivious acts linked to the waste collection services, such as uncontrolled waste of waste, waste outside the containers, not selecting waste, bags in bins, etc. c) Follow -up of waste management in authorized acts: it consists of the inspection and control of the use of waste collection services and road cleaning during the holding of authorized events and the possible incivism by the participants and the organizers and responsible, such as in the selection of waste in the containers provided or in the coordination for the beginning of the services of collection and cleaning. d) Elaboration of reports of monitoring and coordination with the technical services: It consists of the actions of programming and monitoring of the services performed and also in the communication and submitting of the detected incidents and the preparation of the reports of the inspections made. e) Any other inspection or action related to the collection of waste and the road cleaning that the technical services of the SIGMA determine.
