The Ayuntamiento del Vendrell in Spain from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Regarding the PUOSC grant, the request for modification/substitution of the subsidized activity submitted on March 19, 2026, is currently pending resolution. Consequently, until this modification is approved,This tender will be subject to its authorization and the corresponding granting of PUOSC funding. In accordance with the provisions of Additional Provision Three, Section Two, of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, the advance processing of this file is required, given that the execution of the contract is conditional upon the consolidation of the necessary financial resources, derived primarily from the subsidies granted by the various public administrations funding the project.
