The services are provided over a technological architecture based on distributed environments and cloud models, integrating components belonging to the City Council and services provided by third parties, requiring a high degree of coordination among the various functional and technical areas. The contract is structured into several lots, corresponding to distinct service areas that address specific needs and different levels of technical specialization. However, these areas are highly interdependent, sharing information, processes, and technological infrastructure. Therefore, they are structured under a single contractual framework that ensures their coordination, coherence, and joint operation. The services included encompass maintenance activities—corrective, adaptive, evolutionary, and perfective—as well as operation, administration, support, analytics, integration, and continuous improvement tasks necessary to ensure the proper delivery of municipal digital services supported by the MiNT platform.
