Resolution of the Director General modifying the amount of the economic module applicable for the years 2026, 2027 and the first half of 2028, in the centers of the sector of care for people in situations or at risk of social exclusion belonging to vulnerable groups with a concerted action agreement in the field of social services.

The Generalitat Valenciana in Spain from Europe region has released this tender for First. To approve for the year 2026 the new amount of the economic modules per place/day in Annex I, applicable to the agreements for concerted action in the area of ​​social services for centers in the sector of care for people in situations or at risk of social exclusion belonging to vulnerable groups. Annex II of this resolution contains the updated funding for the years 2026, 2027 and 1st. The modification of the amount of the economic module in the agreements for concerted action in the area of ​​social services, for centers in the sector of care for people in situations or at risk of social exclusion belonging to vulnerable groups for the year 2026, is made against the credit of the annex of current transfers assigned to subprogram 313I00 “Management and Organization of the System” of the Section Ministry of Social Services, Family and Childhood, in line S1186 with the name “Community Action Agreement for groups in situations of social vulnerability”, contemplated in Law 4/2026, of July 22, of the Generalitats budget for the 2026 fiscal year, with the expenditure and amount of the following fiscal years being conditional upon the approval and existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the Generalitats Budget Law in force in each fiscal year. Third. The new modules for 2026, as detailed in Annex I, will apply from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, for all centers whose collaborative action agreements have been extended, and from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, for centers whose agreements have not been extended. Fourth. The formalization of the agreement to modify the financial amount of the agreement for 2026, due to the increase in the economic modules, will be carried out through an addendum to the current collaborative agreement, and the amount of this modification will be paid in the current fiscal year.
