The Board of Directors of the Zaragoza Municipal Housing Company, SLU (Own Entity) in Spain from Europe region has released this tender for Services for project management; project execution management; health and safety coordination and facilities management, all related to the construction works of 32 shared accommodations with common services intended for affordable rental located in the Plaza de La Memoria Histórica, in the Torrero neighborhood in Zaragoza. Given that the Basic Project does not encompass all the necessary works for adapting the common services, as it outlines but does not foresee the uses that have been the subject of a participatory process carried out by Zaragoza Vivienda in collaboration with the University of Zaragoza, it is noted that the scope of this contract includes the tasks of project management for both the works contained in that Basic Project and those defined in subsequent construction and/or activity projects for adapting the spaces to the uses derived from the participatory process. The service comprises two phases: PHASE I: coinciding with the duration of the works, which has been established at a minimum of 15 months, since various study and verification actions must be carried out before the works commencement date. And once the works are completed, the time necessary to prepare all the documentation for processing the first occupancy license and applying for the granted subsidies. PHASE II: 24 months (2 years) from the date of acceptance of the works.
