Among the services stand out: • The management of the appointment in the primary care centers. • The management of the appointment in hospital care when whose demand is generated from primary care. • The management of appointments and communications with breast scheding (breast cancer detection program), colon (colorectal cancer prevention program) and Cérvix (Cérvix Cancer Early Detection Program). • Management of the surgical waiting list. • Support for use applications by citizens. Additionally, the following services are provided: • Functional campaign analysis on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management), including citizen health, information services, etc. • Replacement and maintenance hardware and software of the kiosks deployed in the primary care health centers.
