The purpose of this contract is the provision of the service for the development of a multi -user viewer and multitherory support for the tasks of geolocation of the register of inhabitants for each of the municipalities of the province of Tarragona, to cover the project presented and approved For the Diputación de Tarragona, "Digital and modernization transformation of the management systems of the municipal register of the local entities of the province of Tarragona", within the framework of Order Ter/1235/2023, of November 15, which approves the regulatory bases and the corresponding call for 2023 of subsidies for the digital transformations of the management systems is made and the of the Municipal Register of Local Entities, within the framework of the Plan for the recovery, transformation and resilience, with the following general characteristics: • The viewer must be configured through the SitMun 3 Administrator. • The viewer will be restricted access. • Each user, once accredited, will access their specific territory and can only consult the data of their territory. Thus, the execution of the contract includes the following tasks: 1. Pre -design and design. 2. Review of the current WMS / WFS services (geoserver). 3. Installation of the SitMun 3 platform in its latest version. 4. Migration of municipal users, roles and territories of Sitmun 2 in SitMun 3. 5. Configuration of the client application layers and functionalities (viewer) 6. Development of the following functionality: to. Extend the current SitMun 3 authentication system (username/password) for Allow Single-Sign -on Apereo Case authentication (https://github.com/apereo/cas) available to the Diputación. b. Implement the static and dynamic filter in service consultations. c. 'More info' functionality to connect with the system
