The contract includes the mandatory submission of three complete proposals for design, decoration and setting, aligned with the principles of the Person-Centered Care Model, as a minimum requirement for admissibility of the offer. The contract has the nature of a mixed contract, in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, as it includes both the provisions of the supply contract and the provision of services necessary for its correct execution. The main provision of the contract consists of the acquisition of movable property, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned article 18, the contract will be governed by the rules applicable to supply contracts.
