This contract aims to supply, installation, configuration, start -up and technical support of a completely integrated hardware and software platform, designed for research, development, validation and experimentation in 5G mobile communications networks and candidate technologies for future generations (6g) based on Open RAN. The supply is conceived as an integral and cohesive solution, where each unit constitutes an autonomous and functional system. This platform will constitute the basis for an open, flexible, programmable and high -performance work environment that allows researchers prototyping, testing and optimizing new algorithms, protocols and network architectures in an agile and reproducible way. The acquisition of both lots has been financed by the project: “Scientific infrastructure for technical tests in B5G and 6G (Test -6G)”, within the framework of the Digital Infrastructure Universalization Program for Cohesion - Unique R&D 6G 6G Call of 2023 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in accordance with the order ETD/805/2002, of July 15, of July 15 -Next Generation EU-through the Secretariat of Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure (TSI-064100-2023-12).
