Work to EXPAND THE ADEQUACY OF THE SALAZ N MUSEUM framed in the Tourism Sustainability Plan in Destination O Grove To Gastromeca The project aims to carry out the indicated works in a museum building located at Gandari a S Vicente No 1 within the municipality of O Grove Pontevedra and involves an expansion of the works to adapt the roof bathrooms access and insulation of the buildings that are part of the Moreiras Salaz n Museum Interpretation Center already completed During the first work existing pathologies were detected on the main roof of the museum that were of a magnitude and severity considerably greater than those initially evaluated which is why it was necessary to proceed to tender an extension of the works to guarantee the complete watertightness and long-term durability of the roof The works covered by this contract include Actions on the roof of the building Sanitation and external waterproofing of the zinc roof including repair or replacement of damaged sheets Sealing and treatment of the joints between the zinc sheets to promote watertightness Resolution of the junctions between the skylights and the roof panels to prevent leaks Actions on facades Sanitation and cleaning of the stone facades of the building Actions inside the building Painting of vertical parameters Specific repairs and painting of the slab Dismantling of the current interior finish of the roof skirts Installation of a new metal or wooden substructure for the new finish Placement of a new interior skin based on oriented wood chip panels OSB
