Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information & Bidding Documents on submission of a written application to the Head of the Procurement, Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 7th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulia (Tele: 011-3049008) from 17“ July 2023 until 31st July 2023 from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm on week days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs. 1,500.00) + Taxes in cash.
3. Bid Security of Rs. 39,000/- should be submitted with the bid and valid up to 31st October 2023 and Bid Security should be addressed to Chairman, Urban Development Authority.
4. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate in separate envelopes addressed to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 7,h Floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulia, by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Procurement Unit. 7"’ Floor, Sethsiripaya, UDA on or before 02nd August 2023 at 11.00 a.m. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing in the presence of the
Bidders representatives who are nominated to attend.
5. Pre-Bid Meeting will be arranged on 26th July 2023 at 10.30 a.m. at the Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, “Sethsiripaya”, Battaramulia. with tender notice no. 46/01 /BWP/39/2023 published on 01 Aug 2023.
