Village, Pannai (T.P: 021-2220819, Fax: 021-2220818) from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs. during the period
from 18.09.2023 to 09.10.2023 upon payment of non-refundable fees as mentioned in the table. The
method of payment will be by cash.
Bids (Original & Duplicate) shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Department
Procurement Committee, Provincial Department of Health Services, NP, Health Village, Pannai, Jaffna
011 or before 10.30 a.m. on 10.10.2023. Bid number must be written on the left-hand upper corner of the envelope.
Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who
choose to attend.
Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Conference Hall, Provincial Department of Health Services, NP, Health
Village, Pannai commencing at 2.30 p.m. 011 27.09.2023.
Bids shall be accompanied bv a Bid security as per the information given in the Table.
