Bid Security shall be accompanied by an unconditional on demand bank guarantee obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid security should be valid up to 11th December 2023. Duly completed bid documents with a duplicate should be submitted to the Procurement Committee before 2.00 p.m. on 11th September 2023. The sealed bid document should be sent either by registered post addressed to The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka, Badulla or placed in the tender box kept at the Office of Registrar. Late bids will be rejected. Interested bidders may obtain further information either from Capital Works Division, Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka.
