Sri Lanka from 21st August 2023 to 08th September 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,500.00. The method of payment will be in
cash to the Shroff counter/deposit to the Bank of Ceylon A/c No. 3114820 of Uva Wellassa
University. Bid documents can be inspected free of charge.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security. The amount of bid security is Rs. 420,000.00.
Bid Security shall be accompanied by an unconditional on demand bank guarantee obtained
from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid security should be
valid up to 11th December 2023.
Duly completed bid documents with a duplicate should be submitted to the Procurement
Committee before 2.00 p.m. on 11th September 2023. The sealed bid document should be
sent either by registered post addressed to The Chairman, Procurement Committee, Uva
Wellassa University of Sri Lanka, Badulla or placed in the tender box kept at the Office of
Registrar. Late bids will be rejected.
Interested bidders may obtain further information either from Capital Works Division, Uva

Bids shall be valid up to 13th November 2023.
Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 11th September 2023 in the Senate Boardroom of the
Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka in the presence of the bidder/ bidders’ representatives.
