The non-refundable document fee could be made in cash to the Shroff of Finance Department of BOI, Head Office or amount deposited in Bank in the name of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka account bearing No. 1431688 of Bank of Ceylon, indicating the Contract Number in the deposit slip. Sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate to reach the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Bingiriya Export Processing Zone, Wathuwatta, Dummalasooriya on or before 24.10.2023 at 1400 hrs. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 23.01.2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 15,000.00 complying with the format enclosed in the bidding document. Bid Security shall be valid up to 20.02.2024..
