All bidders should submit either a bid bond to the value mentioned above relevant to this procurement obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka valid from 05.09.2023 until 02.01.2024 drawn in favour of “Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Ratnapura” or the receipt obtained from the Ratnapura Municipal Council upon payment of the
abovementioned amount in cash, as a bid bond with the bid.
Further details regarding this work may be obtained either by calling over at the Ratnapura Municipal Council or by calling on Tel. Nos. 045-2222275 / 045-2223502 / 045-3122714 during office hours. Those who require may inspect the bid documents free of charge on working days of the week.
Sealed bids may either be deposited in the Sealed Tender Box kept at the Office of the Ratnapura Municipal Council or sent by registered post addressed to “Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Ratnapura” to receive at or before 11.00 a.m. on 05.09.2023, Late bids will be rejected. Bids should be in duplicate as Original and Duplicate enclosed in separate covers and both
covers should be reinserted in a single envelope mentioning the Name of the Work on the left hand top corner of the envelope.
Bids will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 05.09.2023 at the Office of the Ratnapura Municipal Council.
