Bidding documents in English language may be purchased during office hours up to 15.00 hrs on 17.052023 at the Office of the Regional director of health services office, Kalmunai on submission of receipts for the proof of payment for non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00, made at the Accountant, Office of regional Director of Health Services kalmunai. 4. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security as per the information given in the Table. 5. Bids (Original & Duplicate) shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the chairman Regional Procurement Committee, of Regional director of health services office, police station road, Kalmunai on or before 2.30pm on 18.052023. Bid number must be written on the left-hand upper corner of the envelope. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 18 May 2023.
