All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security", of Sri Lankan Rupees One Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand (LKR 1,340,000.00) obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 23rd October 2023.
