Bids submitted should be prepared in duplicate, marked as "Original" and "Duplicate" and should be inserted in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover mentioning the name of the project on the left top corner of the outer envelope and submitted addressed to "Secretary and Authorizing Officer of the Urban Council, Wattala Mabole Urban Council, Wattala". Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 10.30 a.m. on 11.10.2023 at the head Office of the Urban Council and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids..
