Malaysian standard MS 1099 : 1987 qty 4,200,000 Set Specification of components of sets: a) All components of solution sets should comply biological tests, transfusion and infusion assembles of USP b) The item should conform to the attached specification Marks: 1.Name of the manufacturer, Item description, batch No., Name and address of manufacturer, Date of expiry and State Mark should be stencilled on individual (inner) pack. 2.In addition to marks specified under 1, MSD order No. and SPC Indent No. should be stencilled on the outer pack. Packing : One Set Bid validity period : Bid should be valid till 09.01.2024. Amount of Bid Bond : LKR 3,050,040.00 USD 9,899.00 to be submitted along with the Bid. Bid Bond valid till 08.02.2024. Bid Evaluation Summary sheets should be submitted with the Bid (Please refer SPC website for more details) A non-refundable fee of LKR 35,000 /= + taxes should be paid in cash to the SPC for each set of Tender Documents and attached it to the offer.
