In order to be eligible for the submission of the bid, the bidder shall be a firm/company registered in Sri Lanka having satisfactorily completed at least two (02) nos. of Aluminum or MDF/Melamine/Glass Partition contract works with each value over Rs. 3.0 Mn in Sri Lanka during last 5 years ended 30th June 2023. Copy of Business Registration Certificate and Completion certificates for projects over Rs.3.0 Mn completed during the above specified period shall be submitted along with the bid. 3. Bidding Documents will be issued at the Facilities Management Department, Level 12, Tower 04, Central Bank Head Office Building, No 30, Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo 01, from 1000 hrs. up to 1400 hrs. from 17th August 2023 to 07 th September 2023 during the Bank working days, upon receipt of a written request on a business letter head. 4. A pre-bid meeting followed by a site inspection will be held on 25th August 2023 at 1030 hrs. at the site, Central Bank Head Office Premises, Central Bank of Sri Lanka, No.30, Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo-01 and all the bidders are requested to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. 5. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security/bank draft of Rupees One Hundred Thousand (Rs.100,000/=) obtained from a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka valid up to 05th December 2023. published on 22 Aug 2023.
