Scope of Services • Inspect the building's domestic water supply system, understand the client's objectives, and determine modifications required to the water supply system. • Draw up a scope of work, including a new design drawing for the required modifications, and prepare the BOQ. • Call for quotations from a minimum of three reputed plumbing contractors, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms and prices with contractors, and make a recommendation on the award of the contract. • Close supervision of work performed by the contractor in compliance with specifications (The proposal should include the required numbers of consultant engineer visits and full-time technical officer inspections during the project period.) • Take over the completed work from the contractor on behalf of the client. • Issue a written certificate of satisfactory work completion to the client along with the warranty issued by the contractor. published on 21 Sep 2023.
