Complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application with the registration certificate issued by Register of Public Contracts under Act No. 3 of 1987, Department of Registrar of companies for the contract from the Director (Procurement), Procurement Division , Road Development Authority, 4 th Floor, “MaganegumaMahamadura”, No.216, Denzil KobbekaduwaMawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 31/08/2023 until 14/09/2023 during office hours from 9.00 hrs to 15.00hrs upon payment of non refundable document fee of Rs 20,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) by depositing to the Bank ofCeylon - Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favour of the Director General, Road Development Authority.
Sealed Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the following address “Chairman, Road Development Authority Procurement Committee, C/o Director General, Road Development Authority, 1st Floor, “MaganegumaMahamedura”, No.216, DenzilKobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla on or before 14.00 hrs on 15/09/2023. Offers shall be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope “ Bid for Purchase of bitumen 60/70 1150 MT ”. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidder or representative who chooses to attend.
