Sealed Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the following address “Chairman, Road Development Authority Procurement Committee, C/o Director General, Road Development Authority, 1st Floor, “MaganegumaMahamedura”, No.216, DenzilKobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla on or before 14.00 hrs on 15/09/2023. Offers shall be marked on the top left hand corner of the envelope “ Bid for Purchase of bitumen 60/70 1150 MT ”. Late bids will be rejected.
