03. Bid documents for this may be obtained from the Supplies Division of the Head Office of the Provincial Road
Development Authority (W.P.)upon payment of a form fee of Rs. 1000.00 + 2.5% SSCL + 15% VAT (Except the
Registered Suppliers) between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. from 03.04.2023 until 18.04.2023.
04. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 20.04.2023 at the 2nd Floor of the Head Office of the Provincial Road Development
Authority (W.P.). Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
05. To be eligible for the award of bid. when the bid amount exceeds Rs. 5.0 million, bidder should submit the Registration
Certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies under Chapter 8 of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987. with tender notice no. PRDA/WP/PRO/2023/24 published on 06 Apr 2023.
