The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. AH bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand (LKR). LKR 195,000,00 shall be issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, This Bid-Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand bond and shall be valid up date of Bid Opening from 181h September 2023 lo 18th January 2024 with both days inclusive (120 days).
