The bidder or his official representative is invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 6th November, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Excise Department of Sri Lanka, No. 353, Kotte Road, Rajagiriya. All bids must be accompanied by an unconditional “Bid-Security” in the form of a Bank guarantee which is of the format attached in the Bidding document for the value of Rs. 2,500,000.00 (Two million five hundred thousand rupees). Bid Security should be valid from 13/11/2023 to 12/03/2024. Bids shall be valid for a period of 91 days from the deadline for submission of the bids. (Up to 12/02/2024)..
