All bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security (which is en-cashable unconditionally on demand) of Rupees Fifty Thousand (Rs. 50,000.00) should be obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka which should be valid up to 03rd January 2024 in favor of General Manager - Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank. Duly filled bidding documents enclosed in sealed envelope marked "Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of E-Mail Solution for Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank - DCM/HR/RDB/2026/068" on the top left hand comer of the envelope should either be sent by registered post to the following addresses or deposit in the bid box kept at the Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, Head Office, Ground Floor at or before 02.00 pm on 07th September 2023. Late bid submissions are not accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person immediately after the bid closing at 2.00 pm on 07tli September 2023.
