Jayah Mawatha, Colombo 10 on submission of written request on the supplier's business letterhead (original) addressed to the Project Director, CRIWMP along with a copy of business registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 12.500.00. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days (Bid Guarantee valid period 88 days) after the date of bid opening. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Guarantee for Rs 950,000.00 drawn in favour of Project Director, CRIWMR Ministry of Irrigation. Bid Guarantee shall be an unconditional on demand guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank/ Insurance Company (except Co-operative Insurance Company Ltd) registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka/Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka in accordance with the format provided in Bid document..
