A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application by Bidder himself or by bidders’ representatives to the address above and upon payment of non refundable fee of LKR 5,000/= per tender document from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm up to 19.09.2023. The mode of payment shall be either in cash or bank draft in favor of “Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka”. The Bidders can also download the bidding documents from the University Website i.e. www.seu.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining bidding documents from the University Website shall submit the completed documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the “Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka” for Rs. 5000/- as non-refundable fee or to the Shroff. The documents can be purchased up to 19.09.2023.
Interested bidders shall participate in the mandatory pre bid meeting and site visits scheduled to be held on 04^ September 2023 at 10.00 a.m in Board Room, First Floor, Administrative Building, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil #32360. with tender notice no.
