The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft drawn in favour of The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla.
All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Hundred Twenty Thousand
only (LKR 320,000.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional and on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 1st March 2024 (105 days after the date of Bid opening). with tender notice no.
