Docking Guidance System at Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International
Airport, Katunayake” from eligible and qualified Bidders.
Offers should be submitted in Bidding Documents in English Language obtainable from the official AASL
Website (www.airport.lk) or from the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services
(Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees
Fifty Thousand (Rs. 50,000/-) or One Hundred Sixty United States Dollars (USD 160) through the official
website being a non-refundable Bid Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.
Bidding Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day up to
10th September 2023, and on 11th September 2023 Bidding Documents will be issued from 9.00 a.m.
only up to 2.00 p.m. Interested Bidders can inspect the Bidding Document free of charge at the same address.
Bids shall be delivered to the Ministry Procurement Committee at or before 2.00 p.m. on lltli September
2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter at the Office of the Chairman, Ministry Procurement
Committee (MPC), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation, No. 19, Chaithya Road, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka.
