The said Bid Document may be obtained at the under mentioned address on the payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 100,000/= in the form of a pay order from a registered commercial bank in Sri Lanka on any working day (Monday - Friday) between 9.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. from 24th July 2023 to 5th September 2023 (both days inclusive). All bids shall be accompanied by an irrevocable unconditionally en-cashable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or a bank based in another country. However, if the Guarantee is from a bank based in another Country, the guarantee should be confirmed & assured by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, and be issued in favor of Litro Gas Lanka Limited. The amount of the Bid Security is USD 2,000,000 (Two Million USD) and should be valid up to 31st January 2024. with tender notice no. LGLL/LPG/01/ICB/2024 published on 26 Jul 2023.
