Note; 1.The preparation should be stable for minimum of 24 months when stored under storage condition specified by the manufacturer. 2.Each vial should be lablled accordingly Packing : One vials in a Box Representative samples for the item to be submitted for the evaluation as tender samples. Bid validity period : Bid should be valid till 12.03.2024. Amount of Bid Bond : LKR 30,930.00 Or USD 97.00 to be submitted along with the Bid. Bid Bond valid till 11.04.2024. Bid Evaluation Summary sheets should be submitted with the Bid (Please refer SPC website for more details) A non-refundable fee of LKR 3000 /= + taxes should be paid in cash to the SPC for each set of Tender Documents and attached it to the offer..
