submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a noil-refundable fee, indicated
in Column 04 from 21st April 2023 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m on working days, up to day prior to the
closing date. The method of payment will be by cash.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before closing time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will
be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below
at closing time. All bids must be accompanied bv the amount of above mentioned Bid Security.
