However, the Tenderer is required to provide evidence of payment of the required fee along with the Tender submission. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 02nd October 2023 at 2.00 p.m. Electronic tendering will not be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 02nd October 2023 at 2.00 p.m. A Tender Security shall be required for the amount of LKR 2,550,000.00 or equivalent USD specified in ITT 19.1 of the Tender Documents in the currencies and forms specified as therein..
