Time of Opening of Bids Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids on 06.09.2023 and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. Bid activities relevant to Projects 15 and 16 will be carried out by the Central Provincial Department of Health Services.
Bid Security All bids should be accompanied by a bid security to the value mentioned in the schedule below which may be paid in cash to the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy and the receipt obtained or a bid security issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or the Construction Guarantee Fund or by an Insurance Company approved by the Insurance Board in favour of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kandy. (Not applicable to No. 15 and No. 16)
