BACKGROUND Terre des hommes Foundation – Helping Children Worldwide (Tdh) is the leading Swiss organization for children’s aid. Since 1960, Tdh has helped build a better future for children and their communities, making an impact with innovative and sustainable solutions. Active in around 40 countries, Tdh works with local and international partners to develop and implement field projects, which improve the lives of over four million children and members of their communities, in the domains of health, protection and emergency relief. Since 1968, Tdh has worked in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, which is a priority region for the organization. Tdh/MENA works through country offices in Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Palestine, and Syria. Tdh also works in other countries throughout MENA through local partners and consortiums. RESPONSIBILIITES and DELIVERABLES The consultant is responsible to carry out the following tasks: Carefully review relevant Tdh documents including but not limited to:1) MENA regional strategy documents and annual reports, 2) Key project reports, and project and program review and evaluation reports, 3) Global program strategies, flagship interventions, and reports Draft 5 separate capacity statements of 5 streams of Tdh programs as listed below. A2J Capacity Statement Migration Capacity Statement Health Capacity Statement Child Protection Capacity Statement Prevention of GBV Capacity Statement.
