The Polismyndigheten in Sweden from Europe region has released this tender for Polismyndigheten plans to procure a rental property for the renovation, reconstruction, or new construction of a police building and a premises in Helsingborg. BACKGROUND The procurement relates to the procurement of design, implementation, and rental agreements that will meet Polismyndighetens needs for a rental property and building owner for the renovation, reconstruction, or new construction of a police building and a premises in Helsingborg. The tasks in this project include the following for Polismyndigheten: • Act as the rental property owner and long-term manage the police building and premises in Helsingborg. • Conduct procurement or contracting of project contractors. • In cooperation with Polismyndigheten, design the renovation, reconstruction, or new construction. • Conduct procurement or contracting of construction contractors. • Act as the building owner during the construction period and be responsible for all permits including detailed planning inquiries, building permit procedures, and handling the building permit process. All of the above shall be done in consultation and close cooperation with Polismyndigheten. NEW POLICE BUILDING AND PREMISES IN HELSINGBORG The buildings are estimated to cover a total of approximately 45,000 m² LOA, distributed as approximately 25,000 m² LOA for the police building and approximately 20,000 m² LOA for the premises. The police building will include among other things offices, meeting rooms, storage, parking garage, changing and dressing rooms. Bidders should be able to offer a property that among other things fulfills the following: • Enables renovation, reconstruction, or new construction of a police building of approximately 25,000 m² LOA and premises of approximately 20,000 m² LOA. • The total plot area should be at least 45,000 m², possibly distributed across two adjacent plots of approximately 25,000 m² and 20,000 m². • The plot should be located in southern Helsingborg with easy access to major traffic routes to facilitate communication and for easy exit.
