The Växjö Municipality in Sweden from Europe region has released this tender for The procurement covers the delivery of flowers, cut flowers, flower arrangements, potted plants, plants, seeds, seedlings and corresponding goods during the contract period. The products may be ordered for, for example, birthdays, retirements, farewells and condolences, as well as for use in the Contracting Authority's operations. The Contracting Authority intends to sign agreements with several suppliers within each tender section to ensure good geographical coverage, availability and choice for the purchasers. Call-offs will be carried out based on the current need and can therefore be made from the supplier who is deemed to be most suitable for the individual purchase, taking into account, for example, the range, availability, delivery conditions and other circumstances relevant to the assignment. The procurement consists of two (2) tender sections. Tenderers may choose to submit tenders for one (1) or both (2) tender sections. There is no requirement to submit tenders for all tender sections. 1. Bouquets, cut flowers, potted plants. The supplier shall offer delivery of bouquets, cut flowers, potted plants and flower arrangements. The supplier shall have a wide range of flower bouquets and flower arrangements in varying designs, intended for greetings on, for example, birthdays, retirements, farewells, condolences and similar occasions. 2. Seeds and small outdoor cultivation The supplier shall have a wide range of seeds, planting soil, potted plants of simpler types (not exclusive florist products), artificial plants and small outdoor cultivation such as bulbs and pansies and corresponding goods throughout the entire contract period. Products within this contract area may in some cases also occur within other contracts that the customer has signed.
